It's possible for very small numbers of people to make profits on dog stocks. You might be ahead and if you have a tiny holding you might be able to sell it for a profit. But for the vast vast majority of holders they cannot sell even a small portion of their holding without capitulating the share price and wiping out everyone's paper profits. Case in point, PO having to sell 2m to Tarrant. On market it would have killed the SP and put the options out of the money.
As it is the share price is propped by the lobsters in the pot buying from each other. Norwood is approaching losses of $40m now. That cash has to come from somewhere, can you guess who?
