At my workplace they have brought in double authentication, so I've been forced to buy a mobile phone just to log in. I say that as a preamble to my question.
My query is: assuming that Singtel/Optus do a deal with Norwood, what exactly does the technology allow a phone to do that it doesn't do already ??
