You're right here, VWAP on an illiquid stock means nothing. Growlers point, while technical in nature, seems to have been overlooked. You can manipulate the price higher with very little outlay. That is what's happening here.

If you step back and ask why has the price gone from 1.1 to 4.4, there is no good answer. You can claim the Optus POC but look at a chart of the stock over the last two years and your can't identify when that happened.

Lobster pot holders selling to each other is great while it happens and if you can take profits. But who is doing that? No one really, which is why the price goes up.

Who owns shares? That's a complete fallacy. I hate to break it to you, but every company regardless of success or failure, has shareholders.
