When haven't NOR made forward looking statements in Q's/HY's/AR's? The key give away is these documents are meant to be a review of the previous reporting period. But NOR always says something like: don't look here (previous reporting period); look over here to the future (rainbows and unicorns).

Better yet, can you give us an example of when these forward looking statements became true? You should have this info at hand after going through all these documents for the last 5 years.
