So Billy, you're a man of provoking thought. If you're, let's call it sixty years old (Paul Ostergaard, CEO of Norwood turns 60 this year), and never run a profitable company (Paul Ostergaard lost money running Norwood 1 and continues to lose money with Norwood 2), what are the chances of turning that around?

And a supplementary question, if you're planning on 'working' until 70, and have lost around $50m+ (combined losses of Norwood 1 and Norwood 2 to date) of other peoples money in that time, what are the chances of earning that back in the next ten? Let's ignore net present value of those losses for now.
