Interesting to see Mornignstar has today upgraded Nor from 5c...

Interesting to see Mornignstar has today upgraded Nor from 5c "fairly valued" to 6c "undervalued".

I normally wouldn't pay much attention to that (and expect major deals would multiply the SP well beyond 6c), but after growler posted in previous months how devastating it was when they dropped the rating from 5c to 4c... well, this further increase MUST be extremely bullish!

It's increased from 4c to 6c now, since growler suddenly told us how important morningstar valuations are. Of course they are only important when a decrease for Nor though, right?

Or, are morningstar seeing indications of something imminent?

Hopefully this goes straight past the 5's and 6's
