Because the slimy brokers would be the ones buying up now so, if what you are saying ,there is a roadshow,they will flog the shares to the new buyers at profit from the roadshow.
Retail investors are treated like cannon fodder by the top investors/brokers and things become more like a private company, than a publicly listed company
Thats just the way it is, if you dont have revenue,you have to dance to the tune of those that keep the lights on
Thats the asx for ya rules for some and rules for others
Its only a rort if youre not involved
