An interesting theory but...
The PoC was for VM only. Are you saying NOR needs to add features/functions to VM?
And if it is for the other products within the CogVoice Platform (Jobs Agent, Call Screening), would NOR be required to conduct a PoC first?
I'd say yes considering:
1. NOR was required to do a PoC for a product released 5-6 years ago and is installed at Spark.
2. Jobs Agent and Call Screening are not at commercial stage and haven't been installed with any telco
All imo...
