Norwood have gone from 1c to 5c on the back of nothing. They are just unprofitable now as they were then and they have just as much prospect to make a sale now than they did then.
Norwood sees it's price where it is because the top holders are selling to themselves. This is fine of course and looks good on paper, as do Ponzi schemes. But eventually there is a run and you do not want to be the one left holding the bag as everyone else flees.
Only on the ASX can a Perth company be 'worth' $20m that a) sells nothing b) has nothing to sell c) a track record of inventing nothing anyone wants or inventing an inferior product years after competitors bring theirs to market and d) competes in a market where they are dwarfed by everyone else.
The market will wake up to this eventually, right around the time a top holder decides to sell up.
