    "You do realise that "top holders" are required to declare their trades."

    Sub-holders are required to declare each 1% movement in holdings and directors are required to declare each trade. The rest of the T20 can do as they please.

    The gruesome twosome are at pains to tell us top holders are accumulating. In an illiquid stock, this generally means the SP increases.

    Do you have an alternate theory on why the SP has done well over the last 1-2 years; even if we ignore the years prior to the ATL when most holders on these threads entered NOR.

    NOR haven't released a commercially-ready product for 5+ years and haven't made a material sale to a new telco over the same period. But somehow the company is doing well because the SP is up
