Top holders have been buying up big for 2 (not 5) years, since the SP was 1 this week, 24 months ago. No-one was buying for a while after COVID hit early 2020. You can see the chart if you don't think so.
Tarrant buying maximum has definitely enticed holders I know to buy many shares since the 1's. Don't you think it's obvious..... when other players got the MC down to several M, what the intention was. Then new big player commences buying up, and pushing Nor well clear of shell value. Anyone can see there's good reason for throwing millions at it.
