    a. Why Ronan Dunne decided to accept the appointment as Norwood’s Strategic Adviser ( given his impressive credentials & alternative opportunities) & importantly accepting his renumeration from NOR in options only.

    b.Why John Tarrant has continued ro support the company?


    c.& finally why our CEO has continued to buy on market.
