Without regrets, I decline your offer because:
1. There is nothing of value you could offer me
2. Based on your HC behaviour, including but not limited to your posting history, I do not trust you to honour the terms of any bet

Have you received any messages from PO recently along the lines of:
"Wait until you see what we do with [insert hyperscaler name here] at [insert event here]"

Did you ever ask him what happened with Microsoft at MWC after he talked it up or have you worked out for yourself why NOR was ditched?
