I've often wondered how PO comes up with his next product. WP, whilst interesting, was destined to fail without Message + WiFi all within 1 app. This would've give it an edge over WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram/Skype. But those other apps, without a roaming subscription, are free. VM was also destined to fail because VM is not a thing in many countries.
