You are probably correct given the IP relates to tech and Balmain Resources wont need the tech IP.
Just repeating a previous posters view because perhaps, given how long we have waited for this DEAL, this is now more of a pivotal option.
Deal or No Deal aka Deal or Pivot or maybe its all a conspiracy.
