The stock has fallen on very small volume. Some of the selling might be the overhang from punters who bought on the day of the Microsoft announcement. It was generous of Tooheys8 to let them get set !!
The other possibility is that the company would like to see the price low in order to justify a placement at a lower level, perhaps at 3.5 with a free option.
