1 / When does he expect telecommunication service providers to cease offering voicemail to their customers , this year , this decade or next century , or never ?

2 / How much revenue and profit will telcos forfeit by deleting voicemail from their packaged monthly plans ?

3 / If telcos charge for a service on a monthly basis and their customers aren’t heavy users or decide to use an alternative , does the telco make a greater profit ?

4 / Has Apple a track record of deleting free services ?





Growler , you seemed to have only answered question number 3 with the below comment and you have confirmed the revenue and profit is far too great for telcos to relinquish .

“ Perhaps this is the reason why Optus are happy to inform their customers about how to use Apple VM... For free.”


Do you want to provide answers for questions 1 , 2 and 4 ? Or will this cause discomfort ?

Also , don’t forget to explain Singtel’s actions as outlined in Norwood’s legal document .
