Hi Oligarch, I was sucked in by the promise a few years ago as the technology and product captured my attention. The due diligence that I did on the product, management, customers, financials etc read well. I took a large position I think at about 8c. Stock started to perform and I thought I was on a winner until one comment at my first and only BCT AGM where they tabled a capital raise, salary increase and share options plan. After a glossed up presentation a clearly frustrated, long term, elderly investor simply said “we’ve heard this all before at previous AGM’s...”. With that comment I sold out at 16c and washed my hands, never to return. I know I did well, and I’m not gloating as I feel sorry at others pain, but sometimes things never change. Regards
