My Mistake, I looked back further in the change of directors interest notes and found the following on market transactions:
-On the 12th of June 2020 he purchased $22,500 worth of shares on market at a average share price of $0.009. Pretty good picking the bottom when it then proceeds to jump to $0.09 within 3 months
-On Jan 12th-17th 2018 he sold both on market and offmarket approximately $6.2 MILLION of shares.

So Melways is right, the second he buys on market you can know good news is gonna chain out
