Technology of extraction seems to be moving on - this (not yet peer reviewed) paper from 2023 describes very high extraction rate for Lithium from Amblygonite with in addition a very high by product FePo4 which is a component in a widespead type of low cost EV batteries. No certainty whatsoever whether it might be commercial or on what might or not be found by SLB (must wonder surely theres a good chance of spod there) but worth noting that Amblygonite can have very high Li of 7-9% or higher reportedly), big deposits are I believe fairly rare, and it is starting to get some attention. Experienced management team for SLB as well.
