Welcome all newcomers & also to the original crew members who’ve waited some time to get to this point. Apologies in advance, cos this is gonna take a while. Grab a cuppa or something a bit harder… theres multiple good reasons for all us here to be excited about the future now we are holders / at least aware of this stock. Currently at 0.135 or $140M m/cap.
The impressive quarterly on Friday demonstrated 172% cash receipt growth, approx $2.8M revenue which makes VR1 almost break even… on track to be profitable by next quarter. It confirmed what the directors of VR1 have been promising all along… they are truly at the source of what is potentially the most globally transformational & lucrative revolution of our time. The quarterly has brought confidence & made it easy for any previously sceptic investors large & small to take them serious. The massive volume on Monday (largest in over 12 months) was great to see… a new base seems to have been formed well above recent resistance at 0.105. We saw a pretty small amount traded yesterday so likely many more are now in the hands of those with sticky fingers who see the potential here. DYOR too, but per below we have any number of legitimate reasons to hold tight resulting in continued uptrend.
I want everyone to understand why I truly believe Vection Technologies is the ultimate stock to invest in right now & worth hanging onto for the indefinite future. Heres why…
Its hard to avoid the buzzwords from Facebook re the Metaverse. Understandably this is what has brought majority of recent interest here. It makes sense especially since someone with Mark Zuckerbergs credentials is that confident he is buying out VR companies by the handful, changed the name of his co to Meta & said has hired 10,000 people to dedicate toward what he believes will become the biggest thing since the internet. Just so you know, Facebook/Meta has a m/cap of $917B & per ASX announcement since October 2020 we are working with them on their ISV program.
You may have heard of the Metaverse, but have you heard of the Omniverse ?... this is nVidia’s own equivalent. We are also a named partner of nVidia who by the way have a m/cap of $645B. Our s/w integrates with their Cloud XR 2.0 platform to allow 5G streaming. Other cloud services we are working with you may be familiar with AWS or Amazon Web Services & MicroSoft Azure (who boast 34% & 7% respectively) of the Cloud computing market. Its the access to these Cloud services via 5G that allow tremendously increased data transfer speeds which previously would've prevented the multiuser collaboration and large file editing from happening.
You may have heard of Epic Games (the makers of Fortnite, the most played video game on the planet) m/cap $28B, yep partners. Unreal Engine, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dassault Solidworks also partners in the BIM / CAD Design space.
In addition to the architectural software above, we are in beta trials (soon to go to Live) with Autodesk Revit which (for those who arent aware) is the market leading Architectural design software worldwide. This will open the door to a potential 11 million users of which pay a monthly / annual recurring fee to use it. Our Mindesk software is a plug-in that allows Revit users to review & edit 3D objects in Virtual Reality in real time. It is so efficient the user doesn’t even notice as it has little to no effect on the processing time of the user & no need for high end computing systems to use it. It’s the result of Vections team having successfully created a custom 3D render engine from scratch based on DirectX deliberately optimised to handle CAD data. Achieved by leveraging a lot of parallel computing to extract every bit of performance from the current off the shelf products available. The way it has been designed, it can be optimised for most any other software to do the same. By being able to review & edit in real time, there is no need for very time consuming conversions being done. It is also able to be used collaboratively with numerous users at the same time. It is managements intent that in conjunction with any design software on the market, no matter the users software design ability, via Mindesk plug-in they will be able to design most anything they put their mind to in 3D / VR.
Then we have the announcement last week re Cisco WebEx which was a bit vague honestly & I look forward to finding out more tomorrow from GO at the webinar. Eitherway it is a massive acknowledgement that a partner such as Cisco has sought us out to embed our FrameS software solution within their WebEx platform potentially exposing us to their 300M & growing monthly user base.
Back in August 2021, Vection Acquired JMC Technologies which with it brought an established business, a growing client base & very importantly another international partner DELL Technologies. This significant partnership gives VR1 & JMC a hardware partner which bundled together with our software works for both parties offering clients a complete solution rather than just HW / SW. Together we offer a total solution called VROne. In addition to this partnership, JMC coming on board gave us exposure to clients directly & indirectly in new territory for us such as sports betting, defence & media tech amongst other areas. Also with it another partner named ASC27 which although relatively young seems to have big plans within the AI & policing & cyber security areas.
Prior to JMC, we also acquired Blank Canvas (BC) which is an architectural studio that is able to generate 3D render & VR images / animations allowing exploration of a room or a house, even a building that has yet be built which is pretty amazing stuff. There was hint of another acquisition either late this year or early in the new one. Will be interesting to see what area that exposes us to.
We have our Trainer Creator software which has been successfully trialled & soon if not already expanded into further use cases at clients amongst others such as Mutti & Trenitalia (Italys largest train operator) for remote maintenance & AR training of staff. There are rumours that presentations have been conducted with the Italian Army for incorporating our medical training offering which allegedly were well received, but yet be confirmed to market, so cannot be confirmed with certainty at this point.
The Healthcare / Pharma Vertical & introduction or Dr Centemeri & his team in March 2021 seems to be gaining traction. Recent presentations online particularly those with regard to the Luiss Business School & the Olivetti partnership look amazing. Our software in combination with our partners allows training & 2+ way discussion, even multi user collaboration by VR/AR to assist with safe training & even potentially life threatening surgery where experts from wherever in the world can assist a surgeon in the operating theatre. They can also overlap for example MRI/CT scans in AR over the person being operated on by way of AR glasses such as MS Hololens with hand tracking gestures. This can allow recording of every moment which acts to benefit all parties in time of need of risk mitigation.
We have some cool VR design stuff going on with a couple of other multinational clients you might have heard of in the Automotive game such as VW, Volvo, Lamborghini, Maserati, Ferretti, KIA. All of which came about prior to the July 2021 launch of our Automotive Vertical & introduction of our advisor Dr Haasis (industry veteran with 25+ years experience at Mercedes / Daimler). Just a matter of time before his influence is reflected by new additions. FYI - we are heavily involved in MUNER which is an international university for upcoming designers & engineers in the motor racing field. We are also involved with numerous universities training the future generation in our software.
Only a week or two back, we appointed a highly experienced consultant to our advisory board called Vittorio Terzi. I look forward to finding out more about how he will assist with growth of our co in time.
Our SW is compatible with most if not all 6DOF devices and most VR/AR/XR headsets on the market such as those from industry partners HP, MS Hololens, Facebook Oculus, HTC Vive, Logitech etc. Another favourite of mine is industry leading Headset manufacturing partner Varjo. Did you know the vision from Varjo devices is so true to life that the aviation industry has acknowledged it & allows training in VR be included in actual flight training toward receiving pilots license.
A few more name drops of clients in case you want to do some homework on the depth & span of Vections reach Gucci, Armani, Zaha Hadid, Bonofiglia, Tele Ippica, SKY, Fincantieri & more partners Toshiba, NTT Electronics, Dahua Technology, etc.
While yes, we have some unique features that can be door openers but require considerable setting up to suit the first business it is used by. However it can be readily amended to suit the next client. The great thing about our offerings is that they are mostly scalable en masse. This is why management have always been so vocal about the recurring revenue model. If Revit goes well or if WebEx goes well or if the Healthcare offering go well, as holders we all will too. If they all go well, then I will be able to hire someone who can get my point across without writing an essay. Apologies in the mean time.
So in summary, yeah, Metaverse is a buzzword, but if you want a few more to give certainty in holding / buying remember Vection Technologies or VR1 either internally or via partners currently offers / have access to 3D, AI, CLOUD, 5G, VR, AR, XR, ICT, CAD, AVATAR, MOTION CAPTURE, INDUSTRY 4.0. Vection is only just now beginning to get market awareness. There is huge potential for it to grow in pretty much any industry on the planet IMO.
FYI - You may or not be aware one of our Directors **riele Sorrento is the Chapter President of the Silicone Valley VR/ARA Association. Just 1 example of our management being very much on the ball. Hope that may benefit some of our newer holders & those thinking of joining in. All the best
