I can see the following in relation to my query:

• an announcement regarding the purchase of 2 properties adjacent to the existing property with plans to double the current capacity on land owned currently then double again on the 2 new properties (purchase pending valuation) - construction for the doubling of existing capacity to commence H2 2021.
• an announcement confirming successful SPP ($5M)

But I cant see an announcement confirming successful completion of raising the $22M.

Forgive me I am a n00b but can you help me locate the Ann for the $22M? LGP state that they have "firm commitments" from potential investors, then released an announcement confirming the $5M but where is the $22M?
