LCK had 3.49 quarters of funding available at the end of the Sept Qtr. Cash burn rate that Qtr was $5M:

LCK should now have 2.49 Quarters available, as at the end of the December Qtr.
The cap raise is needed before mid-year, or Q3 at the latest, as the SPP is only going to raise $5M.
IMO we can expect a positive BFS and other good news between now and then, but companies do need capital, and a raise is a certainty.
