Friedland could have funded this years ago but didn’t. That always made me wonder.

What is the reason? Scale of the project? Jurisdiction? ( East coast not as mining friendly as the West ). Dunno. It shouldn’t be cost as the DFS showed decent numbers there but of course that being produced in 2018 begs the question- does it need to be updated? We’d have to say yes.

Perhaps doing the DFS alone was a bit too much a bit too soon? The autoclaves were the same? Dunno.

Friedland’s commentary last year certainly torpedoed the enthusiasm here, even though it may have been a bit of bitterness that perhaps he wasn’t able to relive past glories regarding nickel.

Whatever the cause/s the effect has been dramatic to say the least & I really hope things improve, whatever that takes.
