China might not be the largest economy in the world but it is by far and away the largest consumer of commodities and uses its power to manipulate and control what ever sector it wants and the west knows it and doesn't like but just sucks it up - eventually the west will do something about it instead of just talking about it (hopefully I will be around to see it)
