The nickel market is a very convoluted system with class 1 and class 2 (pig iron) all rolled into the one price structure at the moment.
Hence I beleive the nickel pricing market will be split so the future of batteries will keep moving forward, no matter what chemistry make up of the batteries are. Class 1 nickel is required globally.
