I am certainly not satisfied with the share price, the progress and the current communication (close to zero), but one should not over-estimate the Japanese consortium (ARL). QPM has several huge partners/investors, too. But take a look at the share price. I am convinced that QPM will not care about dilution. ARL might not care either. So even if QPM and ARL will be funded before SRL, the most important question still is: will retail investors, who are currently invested, be able to make money with QPM and ARL? So far I do not know that, but I have my doubts. What I know is that Sam has always been planning to accept "only" 50% dilution. And I assume that his strategy is not attractive for everyone, thus limit the number of possible partners.
