I basically agree. Though I like to add that they most likely now go for the "Copper adventure" (powered by Mr. Copper Bull RF) and for a Scandium plant. Chances for the original plan (Sunrise Energy Metal Complex; production of Nickel + Cobalt) are close to zero in my opinion.
If they find something of importance (Copper adventure) and/or the Scandium plant is built, the SP will look much better than today imo. If not, we are lost. Hence I am holding only a few shares.
