this is going nowhere. No government will invest in something that will show returns in 10 years time.
so I think it is up to Sam riggall to find investors. Obviously he has failed so far. And I have no idea how he could succeed. Time for someone else to lead the ship. Cause honestly. How could anyone else do worse?
