Yes, you are right. As Sam doesn't tell us anything about these negotiations all I can do is trying to "join the available dots" with a high possible error rate. I am quite close to be in the green again so I have recently checked whether to hold or to sell. I have decided to hold and to change my sentiment to "buy".
