    LFP batteries are certainly gaining more market share and improving, but if articles like this one can convince you that Ni and Co are dead, then I really don't know why you are still holding...
    Let me point out only 2 things in this article:

    Benchmark Mineral Intelligence are the global experts and they forecast that Ni intensive LiB will be at the centre of that transition.

    LFP batteries are actually more expensive than NCM when Li prices are high (right now), and while they will be redeployed as home batteries after they are no longer suitable as EV batteries, they cannot be economically recycled. Ni and Co in NCM batteries can easily be recycled, so you get most of the cost back, therefore, on a life cycle assessment, NCM is actually cheaper.

    The bottom line is that both LFP and NMC have their role to play in the EV space and new technologies will pop up.
