Srl strategy obviously comes with a risk for customers. To invest 600 mill and be part of the mine is different than just sign a offtake. for the latter. If the mine happens good. If not they buy their ni somewhere else.
so far nobody wants to take that risk. Because it is obviously not necessary yet.
