My concern is that This is not a very big area. Only a few square klms. Arguably not a big royalty resource for the Colombian govt so perhaps easier for them to knock back development approval. It would be more enticing for the govt to approve large scale mines where they stand to reap much larger royalty payments. IMHO DYOR
