Actually Lizeng holds the key position as they have 9% which means for an offer to go unconditional it needs to be over 91% of votes in favour. 9% is a cheap way to prevent any offer going unconditional.




AngloGold atm only have a remnant interest due to Jason's excellent efforts in cleaning up the register and getting them on as shareholders in lieu of assets exchange.

Now if you think they want to pony up and pay up then SHs would gladly welcome a bidding war down the track. Looking at current top 20 that's not what it shows atm.

Still a long way off such talk. Let's leave Jason and the team to prove up these very fruitful and highly prospective assets first to add value.

This company has come a long way since backing into old MNC shell and all the mess they had.

Sit back and enjoy, we're at the fun stage where the drilling will do the talking now all the house keeping is in order. That latest presentation release has the feel of a lot of things brewing just beneath the surface and they're all very positive.

Don't forget Andes the private entity which is now LCL in public form worked up these prospects for many years beforehand but just needed better capital access to drill and prove up the assets,which we now have.
