Very interesting presentation on the stable future of mining, and how to mine mountainous areas, in Columbia. Comparing Andean to LCL, Seth has brought up the reality of Block-Cave mining before and the fact that you can drive a shaft into the side of the mountain and go straight to the deposit, or under it as desired. Environmentally this would have to be the best way to mine, with the ability to position the adit at the most ideal place, environmentally, as you can. Perfect.
A takeover would be the easiest and quickest way for we shareholders to cash in, but you'd have to think that a LCL-ran mine is not beyond the realms of possibility. The next 6 months should be very interesting.
