Yea yea yea, like you can generate energy from the gold. It is the energy crisis that causes the spike in oil price. Inflationary pressure only comes when the manufacturers/producers transfer the cost price to the consumer, which still takes long time before it becomes significant. Since when the oil price has positive correlation with the gold price?
