Accumulation is normal in quiet times and between major news announcements. So we are seeing that now.
Meanwhile it is most likely that major funds and high wealth investors are watching and each announcement of important news will tick a box in their DD assessment. When that process reaches a critical stage our SP will take off as those investors come on board or increase their M.Cap share.
Having one of Sprott's funds on board gives strong support to LCL, and I do not doubt, personally, that Morningstar's Fair Value of 24c is in the ballpark.
