My expectation of PT for the next 6 weeks will be $0.30-$034 but I am not so worried about the SP. Also, Morningstar's target price is $0.37.
I love high-yield dividends. Last year it was 20% and this year possibly 13% in March-April.
Current SP will factor the handsome dividend equivalent of $0.30 anyway.
