Column 1 0 Tshipi Mine Also Reduces Mn Ore Price as May Shipment to China 1 According to the local news report, Jupiter Mines Limited (Jupiter) offered manganese ore price of Tshipi manganese mine in South Africa as May 2022 shipment meant for China at a reduced price recently (Hereinafter, the price is per 1% of Mn).The price of semi carbonate manganese lump ore with Mn being 36.5% is US$5.30/dmtu, down by US$0.42 from April shipment. There is no offer for the price of lump ore with Mn being 30.5% and fine ore with Mn being 35.0% (Both of them are no offer for April shipment).In the domestic Chinese market, South32 maintained an offer price, and Eramet Comilog reduced an offer price by last week. Market participants analyzed that Jupiter reduced an offer price in response to the above-mentioned factors.
