    If its revealed on Monday that they are offering to retail as well, then the sophisticated investors did not take up all the shares and hence the need to put the hand out to retail. I'd prefer it if it was totally subscribe by the sophisticated investors, its a clever move with the 2:1 offer of the options to the extra incentive.
