Perhaps I misunderstood you, sorry if that's the case. Here's one of the things you said which puzzled me:

This seems to contradict the notion that we have as yet not suffered any delay at all.

Text often removes context and nuance etc, and we can make typos and misread things, so something might have been lost in translation. If it's my fault it wouldn't be the first time, sorry if that's the case.

Either way, putting that confusion aside it sounds like we're pretty much on the same page, and if I was misreading you on that point it explains why I thought your other points were contradictory. No point arguing over a miscommunication.
