Obviously absolutely no one is stupid enough to think they're not important. Some are upset about them taking too long, some are worried that they may not be issued at all (to be clear, neither are concerns I share), some are saying they are confident we will indeed get them and as long as we get them by the time we need them it doesn't matter exactly when (this is the camp I'm in), but no one at all is saying we don't need them at all.
