    Whoever is doing this is trying to place a small pacel buy into 115 to create a delusion for traders to load buy depth at 110 so that they can sell more there. Imo this kind of strategy demonstrates that this seller is a serious seller instead of capping the price or maybe he is just trying to do range trading between 95-115 that we are slowly getting used to.
