ive always said sentiment can only take us so far. everything is priced in so far (i don't think many were surprised with the contents of yesterdays ANN - i wasnt at least). The market is awaiting the long awaited and overdue (based on JZs many assertions over the last 2 years) permits and S2/S3 OT and funding which IMO is not priced in. Until this happens, our SP will just move with the rest be it up or down.
whether we like it or not, market perception is everything and unfortunately given the company has communicated that permits and deals have been coming for the last 1-2 years, many r doubting it.
im still confident we get there soon, but the market needs to believe it as well.
