not nasty at all and AGY executives will love to know what date it will finally go thru as we all do. My opinion is once the 2000 tpa plant is up and running. The announcement you posted says much the same. Of course they're in close contact with the officials but the actual date when the green light comes thru is the big question and even AGY don't know this (of course) and it's a good point for discussion. I say it's going to be goven once the 2000tpa plant is up and running fully. Patience little grasshoppers lol
