We all know you don't need a DFS to theoretically say you should be able to do the thing you're actually doing. I'm guessing you're just trolling on that point, which means you're probably also just trying to stir trouble and doubt by saying the lack of environmental approval isn't being factored into the share price too, but, you're probably right on that point, which is actually a big positive for us. Once we get the permit, it can be factored in and we're going to fly.

Even if we were never getting beyond our share of the 2,000TPA operation, we wouldn't be particularly overvalued (on current spot prices we'd be about fair value), so obviously when we expand our share to more than 5x that, we have a long way to go. Happy days ahead when we get this permit, which as you say is not yet priced in.
