I am concerned, because I know a few entities didn't get their EIAs in the last few years for various reasons. I will contact Jerko and report back.

LOL..that should give Jerko a good laugh for the day, what do you expect him to say that we aren't already aware of. There is never a guarantee on permits but if you meet the requirements they almost always get awarded..

By the way would you care to share your list of entities that didn't get ( had been refused) their EIA''s in the last few years, especially in Argentina and more so Lithium related.
