I am trying to figure out why you comment so much on a stock you don't own and never intend to? If its to 'warn' potential investors then you might want to visit some other forums to warn them as there's plenty of issues around, especially in Chile. The permits will be granted or they will have conditions attached, your FUD serves only to make you look incompetent and desperate. I suggest you spend more time researching a stock you plan to hold rather than constantly reiterating your point.
