There is a concerted and current activity down on the ground.
We still are not clear what this structure is. It looks like a pond that is being lined. While there are lots of theories as to what this structure is, I am hoping the company will release an announcement soon to provide some explanation. Whether it is for waste, whether it is preparatory work for a future expansion (would require permit and an announcement), something else?!?!
