Wouldn't it be great if they came out with an announcement that the plant can actually produce at a higher rate than designed for, and all that is needed was a couple more ponds.
"Actually, we have found some engineering efficiencies, and the plant can spit out an extra 500 tonnes per year than initially thought" (Hypothetical quotation).
"So we have built some extra ponds and have submitted an amendment to the 2000 TPA operational approval" (again just made this up)
One can dream.
